There may already be licensed and\/or supported tools which will satisfy your needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ensure that the tools are accessible for all students \u2013 complete an Equality Impact Analysis to obtain guidance with this.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ensure that use of the tool is inline with&nbsp;<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/searchtundra.northampton.ac.uk\/getfile.ashx?DocId=2232527538311154841&amp;tag=2c2fd70b-3eaf-4543-8c37-9bd3803fd0c1\" target=\"_blank\">data protection regulations&nbsp;<\/a>\u2013 <a href=\"https:\/\/searchtundra.northampton.ac.uk\/?tag=3c489f28-bd41-47eb-97b7-8dfb06a35fca\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">complete a Privacy Impact Assessment<\/a> to obtain prompt questions. Please also review this <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/blogs.northampton.ac.uk\/learntech\/2019\/03\/19\/gdpr-tutors\" target=\"_blank\">useful GDPR blog post<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Review the\u00a0guidance on <a href=\"https:\/\/libguides.northampton.ac.uk\/learntech\/staff\/nile-help\/external-tools\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">using unsupported or external tools<\/a>, and the <a href=\"https:\/\/libguides.northampton.ac.uk\/learntech\/staff\/nile-help\/web-services-guidelines\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">University guidelines on use of external web (cloud) services<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ensure that use of the tool is sustainable (i.e. is tool support only localised with one person?)
