If it isn\u2019t,&nbsp;the&nbsp;content owner \/ University&nbsp;may be in breach of the Equality Act 2010&nbsp;(see Appendix A)&nbsp;and the&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.legislation.gov.uk\/uksi\/2018\/852\/contents\/made\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Public Sector Bodies (Websites and Mobile Applications) (No. 2) Accessibility Regulations 2018<\/a>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This means&nbsp;we&nbsp;start thinking about how users might access and use&nbsp;content and&nbsp;systems&nbsp;<strong>before&nbsp;<\/strong>we&nbsp;design or build anything.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Accessibility isn\u2019t the responsibility of just one person.
