We attempted to alleviate a little bit of the ridiculousness by prefixing site titles with &#8217;12\/13&#8242; last year so at least all your 12\/13 sites will appear at the top of the box, but we have come up with a better solution! It&#8217;s called &#8216;Group by Term&#8217; and you can enable it on your own NILE homepage by following these instructions.<\/p>\n<p>Hover your mouse over the My Sites box and click on the cog icon at the top right:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/blogs.northampton.ac.uk\/learntech\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/7\/2013\/05\/MySitesCogIcon.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-1591\" src=\"http:\/\/blogs.northampton.ac.uk\/learntech\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/7\/2013\/05\/MySitesCogIcon-300x147.jpg\" alt=\"My Sites Cog Icon image\" width=\"300\" height=\"147\" srcset=\"https:\/\/blogs.northampton.ac.uk\/learntech\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/7\/2013\/05\/MySitesCogIcon-300x147.jpg 300w, https:\/\/blogs.northampton.ac.uk\/learntech\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/7\/2013\/05\/MySitesCogIcon.jpg 466w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>In section 1 of that screen, tick the box next to &#8216;<strong>Group by Term<\/strong>&#8216;:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/blogs.northampton.ac.uk\/learntech\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/7\/2013\/05\/GroupByTerm.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-1592\" src=\"http:\/\/blogs.northampton.ac.uk\/learntech\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/7\/2013\/05\/GroupByTerm.jpg\" alt=\"Group by Term image\" width=\"188\" height=\"144\" \/><\/a>So far, we have two Terms set up on NILE, one for the 12\/13 academic year, and one for 13\/14.
