“Discussion Board” browser resolution problems.
- THIS ISSUE IS NOW RESOLVED – 7/11/11
We are currently aware that there is a problem with large Discussion Boards in NILE causing the web browser to overlap thread/post entries on the screen and therefore make content reading and selection difficult.
The software providers have been notified of this problem and a solution is being implemented and should be resolved in the next day or so.
In the mean time, in order to view a particular thread in a discussion you are asked to left mouse click the selection box on the left of the particular discussion comment(s)/post(s) (you can select more than one) and then select “Collect” option at the top of the discussion board page. A new page will then open displaying the text on the chosen item(s).
It is also possible to click the Select All box at the top of the discussion (see black arrow) and then Collect in order to be able to see all discussion entries and the ability to sort by various criteria.
